By accessing star365.org or contacting Star365 via WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Star365 provides informational and customer-support services related to gaming platforms via WhatsApp. We are not a licensed gambling operator, bank, or financial advisor. This website does not facilitate betting, deposits, or withdrawals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star365 and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or WhatsApp support, including financial losses from gaming activities.

7. Advertising Compliance

Marketing materials must accurately represent our services. Misleading claims (e.g., guaranteed income) are prohibited in our own advertising and by partners promoting Star365.

8. Termination

We may refuse or discontinue support to any user who violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
